Key Responsibilities

    Set up and operate EDM machines

    Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings

    Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, indicators, CMM)

    Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

    Monitor production runs to ensure quality and efficiency

    Document inspection results and maintain quality records

    Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications

    EDM experience preferred

    Experience in tool & die, mold making, or precision machining environment a plus

    Strong blueprint reading skills

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    Strong problem-solving skills

    Strong attention to detail and quality mindset

    Ability to lift to 50lbs

    Ability to stand for duration of shift

Schedule

Monday-Thursday 6:00am 4:30pm

Hours: 6AM.-4PM

Responsibilities:

Working on saws, planers, molders, lathes or similar machines, glue wheel

Must be capable of setting/operating vintage and newer wood working equipment

Be able to read calipers and tape measures

Performing maintenance on various equipment used in the plant

Ensuring that the production is in line with established quality standards

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

Manufacturing experience

Woodworking background helpful

Strong physical ability

Schedule:
