Warehouse Associate / Material Handler - Direct Hire
Pay: $18.75/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:00 AM 6:30 PM Overtime as required
Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse and production operations. This position includes order picking, inventory movement, palletizing, shipping support, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily forklift and equipment inspections
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks
- Use warehouse scanners/tablets for inventory tracking and order picking
- Load, move, stack, and organize products and materials
- Build, wrap, and transport pallets throughout the warehouse
- Ensure products are properly labeled, secured, and shipment-ready
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with inventory counts and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Comfortable using scanners, tablets, and inventory systems
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
