Job Description
Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our team on 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse and forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and be able to meet the physical demands of a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Pay: $19.50/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 11:00 PM 7:30 AM;
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
- Minimum of 1 year of consistent forklift operating experience
- Ability to stand and be on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Physically capable of frequent bending, lifting, climbing on and off equipment, and repetitive movement
- Comfortable working at heights of approximately 35+ feet
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following established procedures
Essential Job Duties
- Safely and efficiently operate a forklift
- Scan pallets and accurately place them in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with warehouse order fulfillment as needed
- Perform general warehouse housekeeping and cleanup
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Work Environment
- Employees will operate equipment at heights of approximately 35+ feet using man-up forklifts.
- All operators are secured with required safety harnesses while working at elevated heights.
- This position requires frequent climbing on and off equipment and continuous physical activity throughout the shift.
