Staffworks is assisting our local client with securing a solid candidate for the Customer Service and Supply Chain Director.
The overall responsibilities of this position is to manage the C.S. And Supply Chain Processes.

I. Management of C.S. Department includes:
Taking all Customer Service calls
Order fulfillment
Invoicing an logistics.
Recommend and initiate solutions and procedures, along with developing, managing and maintaining timely, accurate and professional service to customers

II. Management of Supply Chain Processes
Coordinating the supply of products and that that proper inventory is maintained at the various plan and warehouses, as well as consignment accounts for the all customers including Corporate accounts.
Assuring and supporting the priced raw material to all manufacturing locations.
Planning, directing, coordinating and monitoring the manufacturing operations as well as logistics and freight expense.
Coordinating of all the customer s needs, locally, regionally, nationally and abroad.
Coordinates with the Sales Team to support all sales including all distributor activities for abroad locations.
Assists with product margin analysis and supports the Business Director and VP of Sales with review on customers, products, pricing and margin data.

Technical and business degree (MBA or equivalent business training is highly desired)
Experience in managing operational supply chain in an international environment.
Five- 10 years of management experience in business, supply chain, customer service, technology and sales management.
General management skills, negotiating skills, project management and familiarity with purchasing and financial analysis.
Working knowledge of OSHA, FDA, EPA, SARA Title iII, Right-to-Know EEOC, DOl and labor relations laws and regulations
Working knowledge of city, state and federal codes and regulations.
Incumbent must possess strong interpersonal and team skills, excellent communication and organization skills and an ability to work on multiple high priority projects at the same time.
Proficient in the area of the internal software order fulfillment and all inventory modules, including EOQ and other stock optimization systems.
Capabilities of setting up processes and systems and should have strong analytical background and problem solving capabilities
Quality training and experience in TQM, SPC and ISO 9001, is useful.

Salary BOE $60, 000.00 to $70K +
