Job Description
2nd shift Screw Machine Support
Hours:
Monday - Thursday
3:00pm until 1:00am
Pay:
$17.00 plus 10% differential = $18.70 per hour

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Issues and de-issues bar stock to the Screw Machine department as needed.
- Unloads raw material and delivers to machines or raw material storage as required.
- Cuts and disposes of scrap material, using electric pallet jack.
- Recycles cleaning solution and maintains all recycling and cleaning equipment.
- Collects parts from each department and transports to wash area.
- Loads parts in racks, then load into machine and cycle automatically.
- Unloads washed parts onto conveyor, counting and weighing using Smart Scale.
- Logs all tickets for part numbers, piece counts, dates, shift and machines.
- Performs additional department maintenance duties to include, but not limited to, mopping up spills and areas inaccessible by floor scrubbers, cleans pit area and access ramp, cleans under bar loaders once per shift, empties all trash containers and replaces trashcan liners.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to work independently to get all tasks done every day in a timely and complete order
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- General computer skills
