Job Description

Staffworks is looking for a professional Receptionist to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks at a local Law Firm.


  • The Receptionsit will greet clients, answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information, perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents. Oversee mail deliveries, packages, and couriers, and key information into company computer system

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years administrative or office experience is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and to grow with the company

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am.-5pm.
