We're hiring for a Fulltime Office Manager for a local manufacturer.

Required Qualifications
Minimum of 1-year Office Mangement experience
Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general ledger experience needed
Good phones skills
Written & verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word & Excel
Proficient in using email software (company uses Goldmine)
Familiar with ERP System (company uses Job Boss)
Job Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchase Orders, Bill Pay & Payroll entries
Greet clients, visitors, and team members
Assist with faxing, copying, and answer phones
Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour BOE
