Office Administrator- Handling a variety of administrative duties


Office Administrator Duties:

Filing Emailing & answer phones, greeting visitors

Entering orders in the data base

Printing sales orders

Scheduling appointments


Office Administrator Requirements:

1 year or more office experience

Knowledge of Data Entry, Word & Excel

Phone skills


Hours:

7:00am.-3:30pm. Monday - Friday with overtime as needed
