Job Description
Manufacturing Support Operator $21.50/hr | 5:00am 1:30pm
Staffworks is seeking dependable Manufacturing Support Operators to join a team that values hard work, consistency, and attention to detail.
What You ll Do
- Entry level assembly assemble, disassemble, and re assemble parts
- Parts preparation wash, prepare, load, hang, and remove parts and equipment
- Painter assistance support painters with part and unit prep
- Surface finishing sanding, masking, bonding of parts
- Vacuuming painted parts to ensure quality finishes
What You Need
- Consistent work history
- Manufacturing experience (assembly, production, warehousing)
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout the shift
- Punctual, responsible, and detail oriented
- Ability to lift and reach overhead for the duration of the shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Schedule
- 5:00am 1:30pm, Monday Friday
- Mandatory overtime, including Saturdays
Pay & Benefits
- $21.50 per hour
- Sick time accrued based on hours worked
- Paid holidays
- Participation in company events and activities
Additional Details
You will enter the position in a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs.
