Job Description


**this is a 3 month assignment maybe longer if needed.

Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:30pm


  • Paint and patch walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
  • Assemble and install furniture, equipment, and/or appliances.
  • Carry out carpentry tasks such as repairing doors, windows, and/or furniture.
  • Handle basic plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and replacing fixtures.
  • Perform electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, outlets, and switches.
  • Maintain tools and equipment are kept in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and/or systems.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
