Job Description
General Laborer / Machine Operator
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team as General Laborers / Machine Operators. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for stable, long-term employment with opportunities for growth.
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday Friday 6:00 AM 2:30 PM, Overtime available and required as needed
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Stack and organize finished materials
- Perform quality inspections to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for the entire shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and frequently bend, squat, twist, and turn throughout the workday
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus but not required
