Job Description
Production Worker
8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Mon thru Fri (30-minute lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM and two paid 15 minutes breaks 10:15 AM & 2:30 PM)
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 DOE
Required KSAs: Reading, speaking and comprehending English basic math (including counting), ability to read tape measurements, ability to focus and complete tasks as assigned.
What You ll Be Doing
Preparing raw material for production
Measuring and cutting sheets to size
Following simple work instructions
Keeping material organized and labeled correctly
Supporting production as needed
What We re Looking For
Shows up on time and works consistently
Can follow instructions without cutting corners
Comfortable with basic measuring (tape measure)
Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Willing to work with materials like foam and fiberglass
Must be able to bend, twist, stand, and move repetitively for an 8 hr shift.
Must be able to lift 50 LBS
Work Environment / Safety
Some materials (such as fiberglass) can be irritating to the skin and lungs if handled improperly Gloves, safety glasses, and dust masks are provided Important to Know This is physical, on-your-feet work Work can be repetitive consistency matters Accuracy is important (mistakes waste material)
