Machine Operator
Job Description
The Bending Room Operator plays a vital role in supporting the fabricating and manufacturing operations by bending materials according to specification.
Required Qualifications:
Basic computer skills
Data entry skills (utilizing Google Docs and Google Sheets)
Forklift Experience (at least 1 year)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate bending machines to bend structural steel shapes, such as bars, rods, angles, pipes, and tubes, to angle or contour specified by work order, drawings, templates, or layout.
Monitor machinery and perform troubleshooting as needed.
Keep accurate records of production and maintain quality standards
Pay rate: $21.00/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
