Inside Sales Representative
Binghamton, NY 13904
M-F, 8: 00am to 5: 00pm or 11: 30am to 8: 00pm.
(Salary is based on experience)
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing customer satisfaction and expanding customer product knowledge through phone-based lead generation and sales activity.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Understanding client products and services and be able to explain them to a potential buyer
Conducting outbound calls to identify, contact, and introduce potential customers to products and services
Educate customers on the latest product information and/or changes as it pertains to their products
Develop and sustain productive relationships, and coordinate efforts with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of information
Obtain complete and accurate data with every call
Interact politely, effectively, and professionally with customers, fellow employees, and business partners.
Maintain confidentiality of all customer, client and company information
The Inside Sales Rep must be comfortable working in a high-production sales environment with a call guide, and will be expected to make a predetermined number of calls each day, while generating a minimum number of sales/revenue.
Qualified candidates must demonstrate dependability and reliability working assigned shifts and completing job responsibilities.
Secondary responsibilities may include:
Providing administrative/customer service support to the sales team as needed
Identifying required balance information between production and performance to reach revenue projections
May be required to provide customer training through webcam and/or other video conferencing
Minimum 2 years of Sales experience.
Attention to detail.
Experience in MS Office & Outlook.
Excellent communication skills.
