Job Description
Staffworks is recruiting for HR Assistant to work with a growing company in the heart of Chenango County.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, such as filing documents, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing HR calendars.
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and company policies.
- Assist in coordinating the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, pre employment screenings, orientation, and initial training.
- Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews, collecting company property, and updating records accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, job details, benefits, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.
