Payroll Administrator
Job Description
Staffworks is hiring a Payroll Specialist
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits with at least 2 years of multi-state payroll and benefits experience.
What you will need:
Bachelor s degree in business, Accounting, Human Resources, or related discipline
At least 5 years' experience with payroll, and benefits
At least 3 years' experience managing Payroll/Benefits
At least 2 years' multi-state payroll and benefits experience
Professional communication skills both verbally and written
Advanced excel skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools
PowerPoint experience
Responsibilities:
Process payroll
Maintain accurate payroll records
Resolve any payroll discrepancies
Provide support to employees regarding benefits
Manage benefits
Ensure compliance will all stat regulations
Prepare and distribute W2's, and 1095's
Assist with audits
Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Salary:
65k-80k
