Job Description

Staffworks is looking for experienced forklift operators in Greene NY


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of at least 3 months forklift / lift truck experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills

 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating a forklift 50% or more of your workday.
  • Performing a variety of stocking duties typically including but not limited to picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading and labeling.
  • Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
  • Utilizing internal computer systems for inventory control and accuracy; including completing cycle counts.
  • You'll be the go-to warehouse partner for a variety of internal customers.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve routine issues.


Schedule: 

1st shift 6:00am - 2:30pm Monday-Friday; 2nd shift 2:00pm 10:0pm Monday-Friday with overtime based on business needs, which can include Saturday 


Compensation: 

$20.73- $22.80 per hour depending on shift


Benefits: 

Sick time accrued based on hours worked

Paid holidays

Participation in company events and activities


You will join the team in a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status based on performance and business needs.
