Job Description
Immediate openings for Production Operator
This position plays a key role in building and assembling components for our world-class forklifts.
Essential job duties:
Receive and review components or materials to begin the production process.
Operate machinery and equipment to assemble or build products according to detailed work instructions.
Use various hand and power tools to complete production tasks. (Tools may include, but are not limited to drills, torque wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, pneumatic tools, and measuring devices.)
Inspect your own work and surrounding work area regularly.
Make adjustments as needed to ensure quality standards are met.
Work closely with team members, team leads, and other departments to keep production running smoothly.
Required skills/experience:
Consistent work experience (1-year)
Good attendance record
Ability to stand for long periods
Be able lift to 45ibs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work in a hot and loud environment
Ability to learn to use wireless pendent to lift and lower the load station
Forklift experience or willingness to learn
Schedule: Monday-Friday 5am 2:30pm plus 1 to 2 Saturdays per month as needed $19.26 per hour
This is a temporary role. There may be opportunities for consideration for regular full-time status within 6 12 months of employment based on performance and business needs.
