1st shift Extrusion Material Handler
Job Summary:
The Material Handler is responsible for the accuracy of material inventory through the verification of materials delivered versus the packing list. The Material Handler will support the flow of raw materials for internal processing. The Material Handler will maintain department storage locations and Kanban systems to ensure production flows smoothly.
Work Schedule:
- Regular work schedule will be a rotating schedule with 12-hour shifts of 5am until 5pm. This is great because you get all your hours in and lots of time off to do other things that you enjoy. We can explain this to you!
Hourly Pay:
- $18.00 - $22.00 per hour depending on experience

Duties and Responsibilities included but not limited to:
- Tracking component inventory levels, maintaining internal Kanban systems, and monitoring safety stock values for raw material with Planning and Production.
- Inputs and maintains accurate transactions in SAP.
- Upholds storage for both inbound and outbound goods.
- Fulfils in-house requisitions and delivers materials to proper areas.
- Documents and tracks the status of equipment maintenance for material handling and floor cleaning equipment.
- Keeps accurate inventory records, performs cycle counts, and completes scrap transaction and goods movements.
- Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly fashion, abiding by company rules and safety regulations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED. Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems.
- Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions. Strong organizational skills. Basic mathematical skills. Computer literacy.
- Forklift License an OSHA Certification a plus.
- Steel Toe safety shoes
