Job Summary:

Operate and maintain Fiber Extrusion Line. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform several different tasks with great attention to detail. Need the ability to set-up, operate and monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line to ensure the quality, size and appearance of the finished products.

Rotating work schedule will reflect:

5am 5pm Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday Friday

5am 5pm Week 2 Wednesday Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

OR

5am 5pm Week 1 Wednesday Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

5am 5pm Week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday Friday

(A) Week One : 5pm 5am Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday Friday

(A) Week Two : 5pm 5am Week 2 Wednesday Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

 OR

(B) Week One : 5pm 5am Week 1  Wednesday Friday; Off Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday

(B)Week Two : 5pm 5am  Week 2   Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday; Off Wednesday Friday 

Applicants can expect a base compensation range of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour for 5am - 5pm shifts and $19.80 - $22.00 for 5pm until 5am shifts . .

This is the reasonable estimate for this job based on applicable circumstances at the time of posting. Pay could be more or less than the posted range as permitted by law, and commensurate with the applicant s experience, qualifications, and geographical location.

You will make a difference in the following ways:

        Constantly monitor the Fiber Extrusion Line during operation to identify and correct improper/unusual conditions, faulty equipment, and defective materials. Any improper/unusual conditions which cannot be corrected will be reported to the supervisor or technician.

        Clean all process tooling as well as other related fiber extrusion equipment, using existing procedures.

        Maintain documentation or process conditions, run time conditions and variations from process sheets.

        Responsible for accurately completing all required paperwork and maintaining a clean environment to prevent contamination.

        Responsible for performing first piece and in-process quality inspections using appropriate gauging equipment as directed.

        Report material or machine defects or any major problems to the Section Leader or Supervisor.

        All other duties assigned by Line Leader, Section Leader or Supervisor.

        Must comply with all company rules and regulations.

What you bring:

        Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Manufacturing experience preferred.

Language : Must be abler to fluently speak, read and write English . Will be using walkie - talkies .

        Knowledge:  Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Ability to follow and execute detailed processes/directions.

        Specific Skills: Mathematical skills, computer skills, mechanical ability and knowledge of machine operation. Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace.

        Customers Define Our Success: Provide support to the production floor, answer equipment repair and trouble-shooting requests to eliminate machine downtime and ensure continuous production.
