Job Description
Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office or call center setting. .
Qualifications:
- 2 years of CSR experience in a Call Center or Office setting (HVAC experience a plus)
- Ability to handle 100 plus calls per day
- Professional communication skills both verbally and written
- Professional phone skills
- Self-starter
- Problem solving skills
- Microsoft office a plus
- Computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently
Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answering phones, filing, order entry, order follow up, price adjustments, Internet chatting
- RMA processing
- Maintain customer order files
- Support sales and marketing by making outbound calls during non-peak time
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor
Hours: Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
