Job Description

Qualified candidate will have at least 2 years of Customer Service experience in an office or call center setting. .


  • 2 years of CSR experience in a Call Center or Office setting (HVAC experience a plus)
  • Ability to handle 100 plus calls per day
  • Professional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Professional phone skills
  • Self-starter
  • Problem solving skills
  • Microsoft office a plus
  • Computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work independently

Customer Service Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering phones, filing, order entry, order follow up, price adjustments, Internet chatting
  • RMA processing
  • Maintain customer order files
  • Support sales and marketing by making outbound calls during non-peak time 
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Hours: Monday Friday 8:00am 4:30pm
