Customer Service Representative

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4: 30pm OR 8: 30am - 5pm
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for:
Contract management through order entry, maintenance and tracking using SAP
Order confirmation, shipment scheduling and maintenance/confirmation for all customer required changes
Communication and coordination with brokers, commercial team, customers, freight carriers and all internal departments to ensure customer expectations are achieved.
Manage service failures, and coordinate successful resolutions
Maintain Complaint Log database
Experience: Consumer packaged product experience in retail, foodservice or industrial is a plus. Prior customer service experience in related field.
Education: *High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 1 - 3 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting, College degree preferred, proficient in Microsoft office applications, namely Excel [advanced], Word and Outlook, SAP experience and MRP and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) preferred but training will be provided, excellent verbal and written communication skills, team player skills.
