Hours for training would be 8am-4pm Mon-Fri., After training 8: 30am-4: 30pm . No weekends
Take calls and e-mails as they come in throughout the day regarding direct bill.
Open and sort incoming mail, then prepare payments for posting.
Run daily/weekly reports on activity
Prepare daily deposits to be sent to bank.
Process credit card deposits for new business
Post direct bill payments on assigned days.
Review listing of online payments received on assigned days
Process Lockbox Deposits on assigned days
Respond to email and voicemail correspondence received daily.
Provide backup to other account department members.
Equivalent to four years of high school or one year of specialized training.
Must be fluent Spanish speaking
Typing, data entry skills and simple bookkeeping.
