Location: Utica, NY area
Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Wage $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
Direct hire opportunity
Position Summary
The Call Center Representative will process orders to insure accurate, on time delivery as well as handling issues as they arise in order to accomplish on time accurate delivery of the customer orders.
Essential Responsibilities:
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail
Process customer orders to ensure accurate, on time delivery
Use phones to reach out to customers and verify account information
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling
Cancel or upgrade accounts
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
Advise on company information
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
Required Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center
Customer Service experience
Ability to handle 70-100 calls per day
Ability to multi-task and troubleshoot with customers over the phone
Utilize computers and software
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
