Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support (55%): Resolve customer inquiries through active listening, probing questions, and providing accurate information. Assist customers with basic troubleshooting and source data across multiple systems.
• Customer Experience (20%): Create positive customer experiences and achieve satisfaction goals. Represent and uphold the NBT Brand and core values.
• Account Management (10%): Perform account and product maintenance, complete monetary transactions, and ensure adherence to security measures and policies.
• Additional Duties (5%): Perform other tasks as assigned to support the team.

What We re Looking For:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent active listening skills.

• Passion for supporting customers.
• Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Unique Job Characteristics and Requirements:

• Flexible working hours, including Saturdays.
• Ability to remain stationary for 75% of the time or more.
