The Customer Service Clerk/Call Center Clerk  

Pay $18.50

Hours 8am - 5pm 

Monday Friday

 

The  Customer Service Clerk/Call Center Clerk  is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and company. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior

 

Customer Service Clerk/Call Center Clerk Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
  • Process customer orders to insure accurate, on time delivery
  • Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
  • Cancel or upgrade accounts.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Advice on company information.
  • Perform all other job duties assigned by supervisor.

 

Customer Service Clerk/Call Center Clerk  Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable using computers.
