Staffworks is seeking Associate Screeners in Clayville NY. The Associate Screener will process super alloy powder within a controlled environment. 

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations

Knowledge of operating basic hand tools

Understanding of Basic powder sizing theory 

Ability to read and understand written work instructions

Must have basic hoist and rigging operation experience

Ability to push, pull, and lift within specified weight restrictions

Must have the ability to lift to 25lbs independently

Physically capable of wearing a tight-fitting half mask respirator

Must be comfortable working from heights

Must be physically capable of bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time up to 8 hours, and climbing stairs 

Essential Functions: 

Screen and blend powder metals

Ensure work is accurate 

Adhere to Quality Clean Room procedures 

Adhere to ACE guidelines and perform ACE duties as required 

Adhere to all EH & S guidelines, including wearing of required personal protective equipment 

Available shifts:

4th Shift Friday-Sunday 7 am 7 pm

7th Shift Monday-Thursday 2pm - 12am

8th Shift Monday-Thursday 10pm 8am

Pay rate: $19.00/hr. plus 10% shift differential
