Position: Part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day, Temp to Hire. Candidates must be willing to work full-time within a few year period.
Duites: Administrative duties using Microsoft Office, answer the phones and greet and direct visitors and provide overall support to the financial advisors/brokers. Long term, this individual will assume accounting duties.
Requirements: Prior administrative assistant experience, business attire, superb telephone and interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office, customer service and/or receptionist experience, accounting experience or good math skills.
