Days/Hours: M-F/ 8-5
Expected hours are 20- 40 hours/week.
Start Date: Anticipated for October 28th.
Job Description: Assisting with Open Enrollment and other HR clerical tasks. Candidate will spend a couple of weeks assisting employees with signing up for benefits on computers during Open Enrollment time. Benefits experience and/or knowledge is not necessary as the candidate will not be helping with selection rather assisting them with logging into the system, moving through the computer screens and completing it in a timely fashion. Remainder of the time will be spent assisting other HR personnel with: filing, scheduling interviews, working on mailing, spreadsheets etc.
Requirements: Must be proficient working with computers, Excel proficiency is a plus but not required. Previous experience dealing with confidential information is a plus. Would like to have the candidate have some experience interacting with the public or customers/employees in some way.
