Admin Assistant
Job Info & Responsibilities: will receive a lot of training!
Most hours in the office, but some work can be done at home
Part time 15-20 hours a week
Flexibility 4-5 days a week
Professional, business casual dress at all times
Create (fill in the blanks) contracts
Schedule appointments and manage my calendar
Some website updates
Some Social Media
Marketing support qualifying calls, some cold calls; Use Insightly to track work
Create invoices in QuickBooks
Create PowerPoint presentations follows model of previous PPs, understand visual creativity.

Skill Sets Needed:
College degree preferred
Minimum 5 years working in a corporate/professional business office
Business acumen, business savvy
Strong work ethic
Reliable, honest
Friendly, positive attitude
Strong telephone skills
Strong communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail is critical, very thorough
Very strong on Power Point, Excel, Word
Skilled at proof reading
Can use a follow up and diary systems effectively
Understand and comfortable using a MAC Computer
Excellent time manager: able to prioritize work
