Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, with experience in QuickBooks, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Job Duties:

  • Recording, computing, and classifying revenue data.
  • Managing and maintaining payroll.
  • Analyzing transaction information to identify refunds, delinquent accounts, and insufficient payments.
  • Preparing and disbursing invoices to customers.
  • Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets. Quickbooks
  • Communicating with clients to request payment and arrange payment plans.
  • Collecting payments from customers and accurately recording them in the system.


30-35/hr work week.
