2nd Shift Tool Crib Attendant
Job Summary:
The Tool Crib Attendant is responsible for issuing all tooling and parts out of the Tool Crib and insuring the accurate inventory of the Tool Crib as tools and parts are continuously checked-in and checked-out from the production floor.
Hours: Monday - thursday 3:00PM until 1:00AM
Pay Rate: $18+ 10% diff = $19.80 per hour
Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Attends to employees at TC Window , answering questions and taking care of tooling requests.
- Maintains work surroundings and keeps equipment in clean and organized.
- Following company policies and safety regulations.
- Repairs and reconditions broken down and worn out tool holders and machine parts.
- Other duties to be gone over
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or GED
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior inventory control and tooling experience, preferably in a mfg environment.
- General computer skills with the ability to use and learn SAP a plus
- Ability to interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T).
- Basic mathematical knowledge to perform addition and subtraction.
- Ability to utilize hand tools and have strong mechanical abilities.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading.
- Knowledge of and the ability to use micrometers and calipers.
- Must demonstrate safe working habits, the ability to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment in a culturally diverse workplace.
