Forklift Operator Greene, NY
Schedule: Monday Friday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PM
Pay: $23.50/hour ($21.50 base pay + $2.00 shift differential)
Benefits: Sick time accrued based on hours worked, Paid holidays, Participation in company events and activities
Staffworks is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join a warehouse team in Greene, NY. This is a temporary position with the potential to be considered for regular full-time employment based on performance and business needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 months of forklift/lift truck experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays
Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift for 50% or more of the workday
- Performing a variety of stocking duties typically including but not limited to: picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading and labeling.
- Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
- Utilizing internal computer systems for inventory control and accuracy; including completing cycle counts.
- You'll be the go-to warehouse partner for a variety of internal customers.
- Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve routine issues.
