Job Description
Maris Machine Operator
Shift:
11pm until 7am, Sunday Thursday
Pay:
$15.50 plus 10% shift differential = $17.05

Job duties and Responsibilities up to and but not limited to:
Arrives on time for assigned shift and receives direction from the team lead or supervisor for goals and production priorities for the day.
Coordinates with previous shift operators, when possible, to discuss any quality and/or production issues.
Required to complete training and run production machines and meet daily production output goals.
Maintains individual safety and safety of the team to include the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment, safe handling of materials and proper use of tools.
Accurately reports daily production and scrap tickets to Lead and Supervisor when possible.
Works directly Team Lead, Section Lead, or Supervisor and remains flexible to change gears at any given time based on production needs.
Follows quality checks in accordance with quality policy.
Maintains daily production rate of greater than 90%.
Enforces housekeeping standards/5S and ensures work area, and floors are clean of all debris.
Encourages teamwork by example.
Performs all other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
High School diploma or GED.
One year of relatable experience.
Knowledge:
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
General computer skills
Basic mathematical knowledge
Ability to work effectively both independently and as a member of a team within a culturally diverse workplace.
