Job Responsibilities:

Assemble low mix/high volume sub-assembly components from diagrams and instructions

Use hand and power tools to build mechanical, hydraulic, or electronic assemblies

Follow detailed step-by-step diagrams or work instructions

Perform quality checks on your work and make necessary adjustments

Use computers to track part inventory and alert team leaders of shortages

Stack/move materials using proper safety procedures may use overhead cranes or lift trucks

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and support the company s 5S program

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen)

Adhere to Toyota Production System (TPS) standards

May perform teardown, cleaning, and reassembly of returned components

Maintain regular, reliable attendance and work collaboratively with your team

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Work Environment:

This position is based in a manufacturing facility. You ll be standing for long periods and manually handling parts up to 50 lbs. PPE is required. You may also operate forklifts or cranes (certification provided if needed). Expect temperature variations depending on the season.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED preferred

Entry-level role; no experience required, but 3+ months in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Ability to read and follow diagrams and written instructions

Comfortable lifting/moving parts and working on your feet all shift

Team player with reliable attendance

Steel-toe boots required
