Job Description
Immediate Openings Join Our Growing Team
Schedule: Monday Friday: 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Overtime as needed, which may include Saturdays
Compensation: $21.50 per hour
We re expanding and looking for motivated 1st Shift Assemblers to join our team. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy hands-on tasks, this is a great opportunity for you.
As a valued member of our team, you will:
- Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components using hand and power tools
- Follow diagrams and detailed work instructions to produce high-quality assemblies
- Inspect completed work to ensure it meets strict quality standards
- Perform teardown, cleaning, repair, and reassembly as needed
- Use computer systems to track and maintain inventory
- Safely move materials using cranes, hoists, and lift trucks
To succeed in this role, candidates must:
- Have at least 1 year of stable work history with one employer
- Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality consistent presence is critical
- Be able to repetitively lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
- Stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
These are essential job functions. Candidates who cannot meet these expectations will not be considered.
