Schedule: Monday Friday, 10:00 PM 6:30 AM

Pay: $24.00/hour ($21.50 base + $2.50 shift differential)

We are seeking a dependable Test Lab Technician to support testing operations in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drive forklift truck products for standard testing.
• Conduct tests following established procedures.
• Record test data and observations.
• Enter data into Microsoft Excel.
• Work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of consistent work experience.
• Minimum 3 months of forklift experience.
• Basic hand tool and assembly knowledge.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and safety focused.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for extended periods.
• Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a factory environment with varying temperatures.
• PPE required; forklift certification provided and maintained through the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Operate automated machinery, including straightening presses and brake presses

Deburr steel I-beams and perform stamping operations

Remove completed parts from robotic equipment and stack steel skeletons for processing

Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Qualifications

Experience using hand tools and power tools

Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds

Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety

Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required

You will enter this position in a temporary role with the potential for full-time status based on business needs, performance and attendance
