-Answer multi-line phone system, take messages, direct calls, and page personnel.
-Accurately Enter and Maintain Purchase orders
-Match acknowledgements to purchase orders, verifying cost and delivery dates.
-Track open purchase orders to ensure on time delivery.
-Handle any variances in receiving as needed
-Schedule inbound as required
-Review weekly production schedules and check for shortages.
-Maintain up to date vendor quotes
-Maintain and order office supplies
-Update systems locations
-Cost saving initiative new vendors/new parts
-Meet vendors re: pricing, terms, freight, new projects
-Attend daily production meeting
-Match invoices to purchase orders.
-Select weekly pick to pay. Perform audit on Pick to pay once checks have been printed and matched.
- Backup for payroll.
-Order insulation and pre-cut copper from MRP report.
-Maintain front office filing.
-Backup for Production labels.
-Backup for receiving
-Back up for entering invoices & vouchers.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor.
-Establish & maintain good working relationships with co-workers
-Office environment, casual dress code.
-Will be using computers and other office equipment.
