Order Entry Specialist

Monday-Friday 7: 30-4: 00 $12.00 to $13.00 DOE
Appropriate candidates will be primarily responsible for providing effective sales and customer service support services for all sales teams and customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth know- ledge of company products and procedures. Duties will be but are not limited to processing invoices, enter and edit customer orders, address customer issues and requests for information from phone calls, emails, or letters to ensure effective and long term problem resolution and customer satisfaction, Monitoring/Managing the Open Orders sales report to ensure 48 hour turnaround times.
Would consider a recent graduate with proven administrative/secretarial skills
High School diploma required, Associates degree preferred with emphasis in business and/or accounting.
Three to five years experience in a professional business environment.
Three to five years experience in a customer service capacity and/or sales experience desired.
Must possess excellent and well proven follow-thru with diverse duties.
Must be a quick learner and possess the ability to successfully relate to all levels of customers, personnel, sales representatives, and management.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skill sets with the ability to interpret written directions and disseminate information.
Personal computer skills preferably in Microsoft Office, Excel and Windows XP and a strong knowledge of sales/accounting processes required.
Must be a team player, as well as possessing ability to multi-task
