The Primary responsibility of the Help Desk Associate will be assisting will all Tier1 and select Tier2 service tickets for customers and supplemental support for the internal team.

We are looking for a skilled person with the ability to handle basic Windows Desktop Server issues and will assist with higher level issues within Networking and Application level support tasks
