Group Relations Specialist

Monday-Friday from 8: 00am to 5: 00pm.
Answer incoming calls, questions and/or resolve customer requests.
Service existing accounts through customer contact.
Perform follow-up calls for verification and assistance, collection calls and evaluations of accounts.
Maintain accurate and detailed information on existing and potential clients using the company's database.
Cross-train to provide an understanding of he customer service/sales aspects of the company as well as coverage of other positions. Other duties may be assigned.
Comfortable on the telephone, including making outgoing calls to customers.
Proficient using the computer.
Familiarity with Google products, such as Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc. Is a plus.
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Self-motibated, responsible and reliable.
Ability to stay on task and work cooperatively with others.
