Customer Service Representative

Staffworks is looking for a responsible Registration Support and Customer Service Specialist. Must project a professional and friendly customer service attitude while dealing effectively with a wide variety of people and situations. Must exercise good judgment with both external customers and internal employee customers.
Creates and manages private label company reviews annually.
Insures that labels are compliant with Regulations. Make changes, as required, using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop software programs.
Maintain Print History files.
Maintain current labeling on website.
Provide support to Customer Service by providing accurate and timely information to customer inquiries while helping with plant diagnostics.
Work as a team player in the consumer service department to successfully help the
customer by providing accurate and timely information to consumer inquiries either by
telephone or electronically.
Handles and resolves consumer complaints in a professional manner.
Suggests solutions when a product is ineffective or malfunctions.
Print and send labels.
Performs other related duties as required to meet business needs
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
High School diploma required, Two-three years experience in a similar capacity desired.
Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook. Skills in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator a plus.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skill set.
Ability to read and write English.
Must possess general math skills.
