Start time 8am on first day. In-house drug test. Must receive a copy of Client's attendance policy.
-Manual dexterity & eye-hand coordination are required skills
-Must be physically able to efficiently & independently perform job duties
-Must attend annual brazing training.
-Must possess a full and complete working knowledge of brazing equipment, use of proper brazing alloys, techniques, and safety standards
-Must be detail & quality oriented and take pride in work.
-Must know and understand required assembly outcome, brazed assembly components, assembly methods, and procedures
-Must be able to understand and use bills-of-materials, drawings, illustrations, photographs, etc. And be able to identify problems/deficiencies
-Must be able to understand and consistently meet quality standards and production goals as set by management
-Must be able to make decisions based on information and experience
-Be able to consistently produce defect free/leak free brazed assemblies.
-Must be flexible and team oriented to meet the demands of the business
-Must be trained to operate crane/hoist lifting devices and perform daily/monthly inspections as needed.
-Consistently produce 0 defect form, fit, and function brazed assemblies
-Coordinate and organize sub-assembly/assembly completion to avoid assembly line disruption/delays
-Maintain tanks/equipment to ensure consistent flow and to avoid assembly disruption/delays
-Set-up/adjust torch heat appropriate for specific brazing tasks
-Nitrogen purge as required
-Water and/or pressure test assemblies as required
-Heat sink components as required
-Consistently meet production goals
-Establish & maintain good working relationships with co-workers
-Assist with the maintenance of up-to-date and orderly documentation, samples, photos, etc.
-Completely and accurately fill out all production travelers and test records
-Maintain brazing equipment and work area to assure a safe work environment and quality work
