Contract Administrator
Job Description
Administrator of contracts and proposals that require contract review. Provide sales support for the Fiber Optic and Fleet Product lines for both internal and external customers.
Qualified candidates will have contracts and negotiation experience as well as industry knowledge of light manufacturing, telecommunications, cable, or utility.
Qualifications:
2 years experience in contracts and negotiations required
2 years experience in sales, marketing required
Industry knowledge of light manufacturing, telecommunications, cable, or utility market required
Associates Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
Must possess a valid driver license with a clean driving record
Advanced computer skills required
Skilled in data entry, and excel spreadsheets
Must be detail-orientated, multi-tasker, and be highly organized
Must possess the ability to sell
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Physical requirements:
Must be able to sit for moderate periods
Ability to reach or move supplied weighing 15+lbs independently throughout shift
Job functions:
Complete the entry and revision of contracts
Manage and review business contracts for financial agreements under consideration
Negotiate contract terms
Coordinate all communications, including contract review meetings
Ensure compliance with company policies
Maintain contract database according to ISO requirements
Conduct contract research on topics relevant to company interests
Prepare requests for proposals/quotes
Provide all necessary status reports at management meetings
Process repair work orders
Review weekly status shipping & receiving reports as required
Process new product sales orders and needed
Salary $68K-$72K DOE
Hours: Monday Friday 8am 4:30pm
